This agency is one of the best in Perth. My dealings especially with Kristy were of the highest professional standard. They have a good level of quality control and ease of information for tenants, providing all of the information to make departing my long term rental as easy as possible. Their review of the end of my tenancy was quick and fair. I have been lucky enough to have Vivid Property Managers as my property managers.  The staff in all departments are wonderful,  they are polite and knowlegeable about everything they do.   They are quick to get issues sorted.  They follow through and nothing is ever too much trouble.  I have a great rapport with Kristy Brown, the lady whom is looking after my Property, my Property Manager.  Once again nothing is ever too much trouble.  She is very prompt with her replies and they her relies are very concise. she has always been very knowlegeable and if not sure she checks into it.
