Guidance for Staff Submitting Leads
1. Once this form has been completed it will be allocated to the correct member of staff to follow up
2. Please complete all fields and include additional information in ‘Enquiry Details’ that will assist with handling the lead
3. Ensure that you complete the ‘How did they hear of Vivid’ field as accurately as possible
4. If there are any incentives associated with this submission, these will be credited once the lead converts
