Phil is responsible for the overall management of the Group, primarily focusing on the sustainable expansion and development of the business, with the underlying principle of delivering exceptional service and value to clients.

With a passion for constant development and improvement, he continues to drive ongoing initiatives to enhance Vivid’s service offering and the quality of its operational service delivery. Janelle commenced her career in the real estate industry in 2000, having started as a sales representative, she quickly gained a passion for our fast-moving and high-energy industry.

Chris is a chartered accountant, and in addition to his role as Group Commercial Manager he is also Company Secretary, responsible for the commercial management, management accounting and reporting functions of the business.

In a nutshell, his role is to ensure that as a business we are appropriately resourced and stay financially fit and healthy. This allows us not only to maintain but improve our service delivery through continued investment in our people, equipment, systems and processes.

Tia heads up the property management operation and is ultimately responsible for service delivery and quality. She has had an extensive real estate career, is a licensee in her own right, and is passionate about delivering market leading results and an outstanding consumer experience to our clients.

Committed to a culture of continual operational development, improvement and innovation, Tia has an impressive track record, extensive experience and knowledge. She has a ‘lead from the front’ management style, which is essential in the continual monitoring and development of our steadily expanding operational delivery team.

Tom is responsible for our exceptional support services team, which enables Vivid to deliver a unique level of service quality to customers. Tom and his team oversee the on-boarding of all new landlord customers, properties and tenants. This ensures everything is effectively established and maintained on an ongoing basis, delivering a consistent and reliable service to our customers.

The support services team is vital to provide our Property Managers more time to focus on front line service for their Landlord and Tenant clients, and reduces the demands on individual property managers.

Tom is also a fully qualified accountant and has long standing experience in both managed service and service support businesses. He is highly focused on fast, effective and quality service, which runs to the heart of the Vivid culture of delivery and customer service excellence.

Michele is often a first port of call for new tenants. As a service-focused individual, our customers can always be assured of a warm welcome from Michele, who always takes the time to help tenants secure the right property.

She takes great pride in achieving prompt leasing turnaround and maximising results for our landlord clients. You’ll always find her working out of hours to increase accessibility for potential Tenants to achieve great results for tenants and landlords alike.

Having spent the past nine years in retail, India has joined Vivid with a strong understanding of what it takes to excel in customer service, a skill set that aligns perfectly with Vivid’s core values. James has been with the company since 2018 and works with the property management team conducting property inspections. James has extensive experience in customer service including the measurement of performance and customer satisfaction gained through 25 years in managed services.

In his role at Vivid, he is responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and experience making an invaluable contribution in our strive to consistently deliver exceptional results combined with exceptional customer service experiences.

In Lucinda’s role as Client Sales Advisor, she is an integral part of the Client Sales Team; she handles, coordinates and manages all landlord sales-related enquiries and provides support to the Client Sales Manager.

Lucinda has been in the industry for 12 years; she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and Property Management and an enthusiastic energy to our Client Sales Team. Lidia Silvestro’s knowledge in real estate began in her early childhood while spending many hours in her father’s real estate agency in West Perth. Lidia gained vision of the Perth market while it was flourishing in the 70’s. She would watch her father list homes and sell to happy families, spending weekends at home opens.

After leaving college, she directed her career into fashion design for several years before returning to real estate.
