Chris is a chartered accountant, and in addition to his role as Group Commercial Manager he is also Company Secretary, responsible for the commercial management, management accounting and reporting functions of the business.

In a nutshell, his role is to ensure that as a business we are appropriately resourced and stay financially fit and healthy. This allows us not only to maintain but improve our service delivery through continued investment in our people, equipment, systems and processes.

The support services team is vital to provide our Property Managers more time to focus on front line service for their Landlord and Tenant clients, and reduces the demands on individual property managers.

Tom is also a fully qualified accountant and has long standing experience in both managed service and service support businesses. He is highly focused on fast, effective and quality service, which runs to the heart of the Vivid culture of delivery and customer service excellence.
