Michael manages client relationships at all levels. He works with major clients who have multiple property portfolios, assisting with growth, yield and disposal strategies, with the goal of maximising portfolio value.
He also works with clients as an investor buyers advocate, assisting them to identify profitable additions to their portfolio, and heads up strategies for corporate and professional clients.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and as a licensed valuer, Michael’s passion and commitment to delivering strong client results epitomises the Vivid culture of customer service excellence on every level.
Phil is responsible for the overall management of the Group, primarily focusing on the sustainable expansion and development of the business, with the underlying principle of delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
With a passion for constant development and improvement, he continues to drive ongoing initiatives to enhance Vivid’s service offering and the quality of its operational service delivery. Phil’s ultimate goal is to establish a company culture of excellence where every client receives the ultimate customer service experience at each and every touch point. Chris is a chartered accountant, and in addition to his role as Group Commercial Manager he is also Company Secretary, responsible for the commercial management, management accounting and reporting functions of the business.
In a nutshell, his role is to ensure that as a business we are appropriately resourced and stay financially fit and healthy. This allows us not only to maintain but improve our service delivery through continued investment in our people, equipment, systems and processes.

Tom is responsible for our exceptional support services team, which enables Vivid to deliver a unique level of service quality to customers. Tom and his team oversee the on-boarding of all new landlord customers, properties and tenants. This ensures everything is effectively established and maintained on an ongoing basis, delivering a consistent and reliable service to our customers.
The support services team is vital to provide our Property Managers more time to focus on front line service for their Landlord and Tenant clients, and reduces the demands on individual property managers.
Tom is also a fully qualified accountant and has long standing experience in both managed service and service support businesses. He is highly focused on fast, effective and quality service, which runs to the heart of the Vivid culture of delivery and customer service excellence.
