Reducing Our Environmental Impact

As Western Australia’s leading environmentally conscious real estate agency, we partner with Ecologi to offset our carbon footprint through nationwide climate projects. We have also implemented several initiatives across the business including operating a fleet of hybrid vehicles to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, aiming for a fully paperless office, utilising solar energy and actively engaging in recycling programs to minimise waste.

Through our relationships with partners and clients, we aim to inspire a shared commitment to environmental responsibility, driving meaningful change and supporting a more sustainable future. Our efforts reflect our dedication to providing eco-friendly real estate solutions for the benefit of future generations.

How We're Doing it

We are transitioning to a paperless office environment. As part of this shift, we no longer provide paper documents to clients unless legally required. All new client files are now maintained digitally. To streamline our operations, we also utilise digital signing for lease documents and engage with clients through phone, email, and SMS communication.

This transition reflects our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and embracing innovative practices in every aspect of our business.

We have a fleet of hybrid vehicles which are reducing our environmental impact, as they have lower fuel consumption and less CO₂ emissions than petrol or diesel vehicles. In the future, when Perth infrastructure catches up, we’ll move to electric vehicles.

We’ve also reduced our travel through better scheduling practices and various other initiatives. One way we’re reducing our mileage, for instance, is by allowing our property managers to work from home instead of the office.

We use renewable solar energy at our head office and have a full recycling program at all sites, which allows us to reduce the amount of waste we produce. These practices demonstrate our dedication to eco-friendly real estate operations and sustainability goals.

Working in Partnership

We work with Ecologi to offset our carbon footprint. We’re growing a forest and funding carbon reduction projects in Australia and across the world. Thanks to our partnership with Ecologi, around 3,000 trees will be planted, and 300 tonnes of CO2 will be removed from the environment this year alone.
