  • Simply go to the available rentals on our website and when you find one you like, click the ‘Book Inspection’ button and follow the prompts. Once you’ve registered, we’ll keep you updated about viewing times for that property and send you alerts for similar properties you may be interested in.  Please be aware a limited number of properties require a pre-application prior to viewing due to enquiry volumes. In such cases it will be clearly noted on the property details that pre-application is required.

  • Don’t worry, we know this is a real problem and we want to make it easier for people to get to viewings. So, as well as having viewing slots during the week, the bulk of our viewing times are in the evenings and on weekends. If you ever need any assistance, please contact our friendly leasing managers directly and they’ll be happy to help.

  • Sometimes it’s hard finding and securing the right place. Here are some tips to help you:

    1. Register with us and we’ll let you know when something is coming to market to give you the best head start possible.
    2. Once you’ve viewed a property you like, you should apply online as quickly as possible and make sure your application is fully complete when submitted. Once you have registered on our online application platform your information will be stored to enable you to quickly apply for subsequent properties if you later find something else you like. You will be send a link to apply for the property straight after the viewing so all you need to do is follow that link and you will be away.
    3. Basically we operate a first in, best dressed approach with applications, so if you really want something you need to ensure that you submit your application promptly after viewing your desired property. And if you really want it and the viewings are busy, you may want to offer that little bit more to improve your chances.
  • It’s important to remember there are up-front costs when you rent a property. You’ll need to pay these within two (2) business days of your application being approved:

    • Two weeks rent in advance
    • Your security bond (equivalent to four weeks’ rent)
    • A pet bond (if you have a pet approved as part of your application): a maximum of $260.00

    It’s also a good idea to budget for other costs you may incur, like removalists fees.

  • Once your application has been approved you’ll be sent your lease agreement via DocuSign for electronic signing. This can be completed on a computer or mobile device. If you’re having difficulties completing the lease signing process please let one of our team members know and we will be more than happy to assist.

    On moving in day, your property manager will meet you at the property, give you the keys and undertake a handover and induction to the property for a smooth transition to your new home.

    We also have a partnership with Connectnow who will contact you after your application has been approved. They provide a free service to all our clients to arrange the connection of all utilities, phone and internet for the property so it’s ready for you to move in.

  • Your primary point of contact will be your property manager. However, if they’re not available you can speak to anyone in our support services team and they will be able to help you at any time. Your property manager will run through all the details for contacting us and logging maintenance requests or dealing with any other matters when they handover the property as part of the induction.
